As a styling studio, most of our services are delivered in person at our Bratislava studio or online via video session. This policy explains how digital materials and any related items are delivered.
Style plans, colour guides and written summaries are sent to your email address, usually within five working days of your session.
Studio and shopping sessions take place at the agreed date and time. We will confirm location and timing in advance by email or phone.
Where a session includes a physical item arranged on your behalf, delivery timeframes and costs are confirmed individually before purchase.

We want you to feel confident booking with Ornamera shop. This policy explains how refunds and rescheduling work for our services.
If you cancel before a session begins, any prepaid amount can be refunded or applied to a future booking. Once a session has taken place, it is considered delivered.
You may reschedule a booking with reasonable notice at no extra cost, subject to availability.
